To the point and honest.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! Lawn Doctor of Dunwoody has serviced my yard for over a year and the results are terrible. I've attached photos of the completely HEALTHY and THRIVING WEEDS in my back yard. To make matters worse, the owner, Gordon, could not keep track of my account and payments. I sent him numerous emails displaying cashed check images showing that my account was up to date to which he did nothing to update and correct. I would not recommend using Lawn Doctor of Dunwoody. Complete waste of money with added accounting hassle.

Gordon was prompt in visiting my home to provide a proposal and was clearly knowledgeable about the business. Other providers quoted remotely and were more expensive without providing the value of discussing the needs for this specific lawn.

They had no issue with my changing the appointment twice, gentleman was prompt, fair pricing and did the job the same day.

They arrived on time and did a great job. They were flexible in changing dates, and were good about keeping me informed.

Gordon was great and the aeration turned out really well. Our front yard was very compacted from years of cars parking and driving, but we've finally been able to seed.

I'm not sure how such a simple request could be so misunderstood. I requested a quote for aeration, received a quote, then requested an appointment, giving him info, etc. After a couple days, I asked for a status update, and he responds that he had applied the "first treatment" and to allow two weeks for it to take effect. Confused, I asked to clarify because I never requested a weed spray - only an aeration. No answer. The next email I received was almost exactly the same as before - completely ignoring my objection..Even more confused, I asked him to call me. Nothing. No call. I can't understand how in the world this happened, but it did. Rather than wait yet another day to find out if my request would be finally understood, I cancelled my project request. I just don't get it.

The owner was on time and provide an excellent service. He also recommended additional treatment to make my lawn healthier so I extended the work scope. I will definitely call on him again for my lawn needs.

I have been skeptical about the lawn services because of my past experiences. Gordon, from Lawn Doctor has been great. He is honest, prompt and provides an excellent, professional service. He has my business.

Pleased with the quick response to my request providing an on-site measurement and quotation ... rather than a merely quoting based upon looking at Mapquest as others did. Provided service ... both aeration and treatment ... in the same week.

Our ground has has issues including very stubborn weeds and run off from subdivision entrance & neighbors. Many companies have struggled controlling our yard. Lawn Doctor has been tackling our lawn with results! I've recommended them to neighbors, friends, & my parents have already contracted them too.
