Shenandoah Remodeling of Georgia

I noticed that my neighbor across the street was having some carpentry done. I asked the contractor if he would look at some of my wood rotting problems. After he finished with my neighbor, he came over and I showed me my garage door framing problem. He looked at the problem and said the best solution would be to remove vertical framing and replace with pressure treated pine. I agreed with his analysis. He said the other vertical member on the other side was okay. I then asked if he would look at my windows for any needed repairs. I have 27 windows in my house (rancher) and he found only two windows that needed attention. My 2 patio doors also needed attention. After we went around the house and located the problem areas. I asked if he would do the work. He told me is his hourly rate and how long it would take, and I thought it was fair. He said he could not get to it for a couple of weeks because he was going on vacation with his family. I said that was not a problem with me. After vacation he got right back to me and we set up a date to do the worked. I believe his workmanship was superiorto anything I have seen.
