What a great guy! Obviously very knowledgeable in all aspects of the trades and takes the time to make sure you and he are on the same sheet of music when it comes to exactly what work is to be performed. I will definitely be using Duane when I am ready to move forward with my project. By the way, he is an animal lover too so pets are definitely welcome around him.

I noticed that my neighbor across the street was having some carpentry done. I asked the contractor if he would look at some of my wood rotting problems. After he finished with my neighbor, he came over and I showed me my garage door framing problem. He looked at the problem and said the best solution would be to remove vertical framing and replace with pressure treated pine. I agreed with his analysis. He said the other vertical member on the other side was okay. I then asked if he would look at my windows for any needed repairs. I have 27 windows in my house (rancher) and he found only two windows that needed attention. My 2 patio doors also needed attention. After we went around the house and located the problem areas. I asked if he would do the work. He told me is his hourly rate and how long it would take, and I thought it was fair. He said he could not get to it for a couple of weeks because he was going on vacation with his family. I said that was not a problem with me. After vacation he got right back to me and we set up a date to do the worked. I believe his workmanship was superiorto anything I have seen.
