I should have asked specifically about the fill dirt when I received the estimate, but after telling Jonathan that twice we had to have a truck load of dirt brought in to fill a sinkhole I expected that he would be bringing a truckload of dirt. He did not. He basically leveled out that section of the yard using the existing soil. We had fescue sod put down. Some of it looked pretty bare within days of installation. I contacted Jonathan and asked him to come out and replace a few of the pieces. He said he would, but never showed up. We have now lost most of the grass even though we have watered it when needed. We have a drainage problem in one section of the yard so with all of the rain last month we now have moldy patches. I have contacted Jonathan about coming out just to consult and tell us what we might do at this point to salvage what little grass we have. He has not replied.

He did an excellent job. They did re-sodding and reshaped my yard to allow for proper drainage. He cleared some trees out and made the maintained area of the yard larger. My yard drains better and looks a lot larger and well kept. He was very easy to work with.
