Worst painters. Owner Jimmy doesn't know anything about painting.

He did an excellent job. My basement is huge, it has about 8 rooms. He completed them all, including a bathroom, kitchen, dining room, family room. He delivered, and was really good. I used him because my original builder hired him to paint my house. He stands by his work. He is not satisfied until you are satisfied.

The entire project went very well.  Provider took his time to make sure everything was done correctly.  He checked with me frequently during the project.  He was very receptive to anything I pointed out.  He also found a few items that I missed and made sure they were handled correctly.  He was very patient as my wife and I decided on a new color for the house.  Overall, my wife and I were very pleased with the outcome.  The house looks great and we would definitely use them again.

In January 2010 we hired Jimmy Jackson Painting to do a large interior/exterior job at our home. Before work began I told the owner, Jimmy Jackson, that we are very particular and expected high quality results. He said that was what they always wanted to provide and if I had any concerns to let him know. We paid in full as sections of the job were completed to our satisfaction. It took much longer than we were told to expect to complete each section. This was mostly due to our insistence on the high quality of work that we were assured we would receive. (The least experienced crew would be on site first followed by a redo by a more experienced crew.) Half way through our total job Jimmy Jackson Painting abandoned the job. On March 16, 2010 we were told that it should take three more days to finish the total job if the weather remained good. We went out of town and returned five days later expecting the job to be near completion or completed. When we returned it was obvious that they had not done any further work. On March 22, 2010 my husband called the owner to find out what was happening. We were told to find a new contractor. I tried contacting the owner to get an explanation. This is the third day that I have not received a reply. We feel that this is very unprofessional behavior. We would not rehire Jimmy Jackson Painting nor would we recommend them to anyone else.
