JAMES ATKINSON HEATING & AIR CONDITIONING

James Atkinson has inspected and serviced our heating and AC units
in the fall and spring of each year for over 20 years. 
James responds to scheduled service calls in
exemplary fashion. Cleanup following his work is not necessary.
Upstairs (attic) and ground floor units (crawl space), originally installed
when the house was constructed in the '70's, were "nursed"
by James and safely long outlived their projected lifespan. Both units were
replaced about 10 years ago These were purchased from and installed by James,.
The units continue to perform as designed.
We have trusted and continue to trust in James'
knowledge of HVAC systems. This trust has been well placed.
Should our schedules be misaligned aligned, James has free access to
our home and will care for our units while we are away. His remuneration, in
the form of a signed check without fee entry in the event of unexpected charges,
is left for him upon work completion.
It is sad that but a few in our current era characterize the
integrity, knowledge, work ethic and diligence personifying James Atkinson.

I've used him for years. The price has gone up. He is a real friendly guy and does a good job. He is honest and fair. He is not overpriced. It is just him; it is not some big corporation. I like to do business with small business people as much as possible. He is a country boy.

Although my A/C unit is older, this company services it like its brand new. They are very knowledgeable, experienced and reliable. They are very comfortable to work with and they cleaned up well when finished. I would recommend them to others.
