Inspection Wizard was hired for an inspection on a duplex I was under due diligence period of a contract. The report was sloppy andvery hard to follow because unit A’s information was mixed into unit B’s information. When I complained, another inspection was scheduled ... but the second report was not correct either. I wouldn’t hire this firm again under any circumstances.

"Thank you for your feedback. I believe your expectations were not in line with industry standards. A duplex house has certain components that are identical to both sides like attics, crawlspace and exterior of the building and individual components such as interiors. A duplex is still one building and is one report. When you requested two reports, we cleared time in our schedule and accommodated your request. In the future we will strive to do better to understand our clients needs and anticipation though better communication. We also thank you because we have created a new report template designed specifically for duplexes as a result of this misunderstanding."

In today's business concept, the customer's personal financial situation is no longer of any consideration to conpanies; the dollar is the bottom line. However, my business experience with this company has completley changed that dynamic, because they took the fact that I live on a fixed income under consideration. And because I walked away from the house; even though they had performed the inspection. Inspection Wizard waved their invoice charges???. Is there another company that would have done such a kind act in today's world for a customer. "NO!" Inspection Wizard is a one of a kind business. And from my point of view... there is not another home inspection company that could ever compete with the services kindness and consideration that Inspection Wizard provides. And this is coming from CQIA and active member of ASQ. Thank you so much Inspection Wizard??????????

"Thank you for this review. We certainly consider every client's situation, which is why we discount prices for repeat customers and frequently offer free re-inspections. In addition, we notify our clients immediately during the inspection if the property has significant defects. if a client decides the house is beyond repair and cancels before the inspection report is issued, we reduce our fee to one that covers our transportation costs only. We never want a client to pay for something they cannot use."

Inspection was very detailed and Bill was able to spend time answering all of our questions and addressing any concerns. Would highly recommend if you are buying a new home and need an inspection.

Their communication is always great. We've never had any issues over the past 3 years, it's always been very positive. They are great to work with. Our customers always give us great feedback on them as well, as we aren't always on site, but our clients are always happy with them.
