Compax Disposal Systems is very responsive to all phone calls; willing to spend time during visit for estimate; very clean and professional and knowledgeable; punctual with all meetings; technicians worked quickly and quietly with little disturbance; moved from job to job quickly; explained all procedures/work in detail. When they discovered they wouldn't be able to repair shower drain, they explained problem and referred me to a plumber they frequently work with. I was able to set up the plumbing work within the week (based on the referral). They have fair pricing (with appropriate deduction for plumbing work) and quality work.

Appraiser was polite and knowledgeable, handyman was on time and skilled. Completed the job satisfactory at the price quoted, even though due to unforeseen circumstances some additional work was needed.

This work on this report was on our new house. We used them to help us get our previous house ready for sale. They replaced 7 double pain double hung windows and one door, some sheetrock work, and other minor repairs. They did excellent work then and at a fair price. I should have turned in a report then, but was too busy with the move.
