I contacted them because they were highly rated on Angi. My carpets are 28 years old. I have had cleaners come in and tell me just to replace the carpet. This company came in and did an AMAZING job! My carpets look new. Pet stains were removed and the stairs are immaculate, I would recommend them without hesitation. I would hire them again in a heartbeat!

I was initially looking for carpet replacement for a move-out (about to put the house on the market). I thought they needed to be replaced since there were so many animal stains and buckling. Antoine came out to give an estimate and said he was confident they could clean it, and it would be a lot less. I went with that option and the difference was night and day -- they cleaned and stretched the carpets to remove the buckling, and they look new again! I'd definitely recommend this company.

The work was done professionally and quickly. He didn't even have to move our television and other items on one wall of the living room. I heard that he was very personable from my husband. We were also getting rid of our old living room set that day. They wouldn't take our couch. We will hire him again to clean the couch for us to have it donated to charity. He is awesome to work with.

these guys came in stretched my carpet in 2 bedrooms back to new... and then bounced. it was probably the best service I've had through angie's list. they were prompt and efficient. great communication through use of an app that confirms your appointment time, tells you when they're enroute and when they're done. #thatwaseasy

My experience with carpet transformers went well. They were exceptionally late but kept me informed with ETA the whole time. The did a great job overall and I’ve already called them again to return for rug cleaning.

I just purchased a new home in Georgia. The carpets needed to be deep cleaned, sanitized and deodorized. Carpet Transformers did a fabulous job on my carpets. They looked brand new and there was no order left from the previous owners. I was handling this whole transaction remotely as I was in another state. The whole process was smooth, They were professional, on-time, responsive and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend them.

They were GREAT. Very nice, good communication, in and out, fair price and the carpet looks terrific. What more could you want? Our entire 2nd floor has light grey carpeting (4 rooms and a large hallway). Our price was higher than would be normal because we have four dogs so there was some pre-work and post spraying that needed to be done. We discussed the options up front so there were no surprises.

Professional, punctual, & did what they came to do. Thoroughly cleaned my carpets and got up all the stains even the ones I thought would be hard to get up. They also recommended a service that I had not thought of but definitely needed in one of my rooms. Looking forward to doing business with them in in the future.

It was awesome! Antoine came out on Friday to give me an estimate and the job was done on Tuesday! I expressed my concerns about a faint urine odor I kept smelling and he went from room to room with his blacklight to locate the problem areas. I was in my office all day today and smelled NOTHING!!!!! THANK GOODNESS!!! Will def use this company again! He's very friendly and professional.
