Vince was professional and easy to work with.  Unfortunately, our 91-year old home needs more renovation and upgrades than we initially thought.  This means extensive demolition, multiple sub-contractors, and a lot of coordination.  Because of this, we decided to go with a general contractor.  This is not a reflection on Associated.  Had the project scope not grown so much, we would have used them.

It went very well. they had both units up and running by 2:00 that day and I've had no trouble with either unit. they came out in June and did a free service call to ensure that the cooling units were working properlly. They were on time, did a fabulous job on the install and I would highly reccomend them to anyone. I of cousre are still using them.
