Cleo came to house to discuss what we were wanting done.    offered several options and choice of colors.     all of our questions were answered and no pressure to make a decision immediately.   
Work was delayed due to weather,  but was impressed with the short time to get the job done and small issues were resolved quickly and professionally.   
Team of 3-4 were here each day (total of 5 days)  to complete job.    clean up was good.    Cleo was very good on keeping us up to date on delays due to weather and was here on the final day to walk around to make sure everything was to our satisfaction.
Called and informed us when dumpster would be delivered and picked up.

They had a good price. There were several issues though. The owner would tell me one thing and not live up to his word.

They came out pretty quick after I purchased the "Big Deal" and the service went very well. They did a good job. There were extra charges but it was normal because my roofing is bigger than the 2000 sq ft covered in the coupon. We just had to pay extra for the additional sq ft. They came out and took care of business. There was one minor hitch but it was really minor, minor like they said they would come out on a Tuesday and nobody showed up, they came out Wednesday instead. That was really the thing. The guy came out promptly and reviewed the roof. Then we talked about the money and I gave him a check for the extra amount. They came out put the roof on and I haven't had a problem with it. They did a good job as far as putting everything in, cleaning up and taking the stuff out.  I had no problems with them.

I did not end up receiving a report with pictures as advertised, let alone any written report at all. I know there is at least one spot where shingles are bad and that was not pointed out by the person who did the inspection.

The "special deal" was something of a joke in that the inspection was quite cursory.  But my intent was to get a quote to do leak repair and that goal was accomplished, as was the subsequent repair.  Overall I was pleased with the quality of work delivered by All-Star Roofing.

Caulked and tapped down nails around vent pipes.  Hopefully were able to cover a gap in the gutter helmet.

The man who came out to the house knew nothing about the deal coupon. He told me what I needed done and gave me an estimate. I gave him a copy of the deal, and asked if it could be applied, even at face value. After two phone calls, they offered me 10 percent off the bill, which would have been less than half what I paid for the coupon. The worker came out and performed the work, and I paid in full.

The roofers were excellent--conscientious, timely, efficient.  Our roof had steep areas which were very difficult to reroof, buy
these men did it with ease and efficiency.  They worked LONG and HARD to take care of our roof in a timely manner as the
rain during that time had slowed things down. They were also very goog to clean up any mess left by the removal of old roof, etc., 
which I appreciated very much.  Mr. Bailey of Allstar Roofing was good about following up the whole process and
staying in contact with me.  He was very pleasant to deal with and did what he said he would do.  I would use him again and
referred him to my neighbor who was very impressed and said she would use him again, too.  I needed to have my trim
painted and new gutters installed.  The painters did a good job, but didn't care to handle things as quickly as the roofers
did.  They were neat, but in no hurry, it seemed.  The gutter company did a wonderful job.  Another plus to Allstar Roofing is
that they offer a one-year, no finance charge payment plan which came in perfectly for us.  If you use Allstar Roofing for your
new roof, you will be very pleased. I wish more companies had a Mr. Bailey.

Overall pleased with the experience.   Prompt service on acquiring a quote and once agreed, work proceeded quickly and went smoothly.    No problems to report.   I would use this company again for this type of job.

I have had a good experience with them. Their price was reasonable. I did not have any problems with them. Mr. Bailey was real friendly and real nice. He came out a couple of times and talked with me.

Great experience from start to finish. I requested an appointment for an estimate online and by the next day I received a call from a Cleo the sales rep. He came out that same week and quoted us $6300 for timberline HD shingles. Which they were running a special that month, HD shingles for the price of 3 tab. After 6 estimates we decided to sign with Allstar and I am so happy with the results. Our roof really was in rough shape. We lost shingles every wind/rain storm and it was really installed incorrectly in the first place. It put my husband and I at ease to know our roof is installed correctly by a team that knows what they are doing. I would 100% recommend them and hire them again in the future.

After signing the contract I was told I will not pay one dime until the job was finished and that I was completely satisfied with the service,I was also told that I will be called at a later date to inform me when I will be schedule for  work to begin,to my surprise the job started the following day after signing the contract.
 At about 6:30 am the workmen was at my door where they draped my property with taps and begin to work until about 7:pm,the work was done in precision as it progressed so at the end of the day there were no major clean up,the crew was so meticulous and diligent in their profession that when I said to them you can leave a small piece of debri,one response was I love to pick up "trash." I was extremely satisfied with the job and how the company handled their business.I had estimates of up to 35% higher without the same condition of consumer satisfaction before payimg.

They were good and they were prompt.  They did good clean up afterwards.  I have no problems with them.

The service turned out well. They did everything they said they would. They were timely, cleaned up, and I was pleased with what they did.

I made the mistake of scheduling dental surgery on the same day the roof was to be installed. The crew arrived and was well on the way when I returned home.  I had to leave home because I had to return to the doctor to address a complication.  By the time I returned late that evening, it was dark and the crew was packing up, so I couldn't see the quality of the work they had performed.
When I awoke the next morning, I immediately went outside to view a wonderful new roof!  Much to my dismay, the  wood on the gables had not been replaced.  I mentioned it to the contractor and it was promptly replaced with hardieplank.  Caulking was performed the next day.
Overall, I am very pleased with my roof.  The price was very competitive.  The work was done quickly, neatly and professionally. The contractor was very attentive to my concerns and the corrective work was completed quickly.  The crew was very courteous.  Cleanup was great!  Not a loose shingle left anywhere on the property.  I honestly thought it would take the 2.5 days the contractor estimated.
I would recommend All Star Roof/Siding/Gutters to friends, family and neighbors. Lifetime warranty on roof. 10 year warranty on craftsmanship/labor.  Cleo Bailey is an honest and fair businessman.

Crew of 5 arrived early, tarped the yard and started promptly.  Finished in 12 hours & cleaned up thoroughly.
