They are remarkable and reasonable.  His wife meets you and greets you as you enter the shop and go over what problems you are having.  They will ask you to leave the computer with them and they would take off all the necessary information.  When he does what he needs to do he will call you and tell you what the problem is and ask your suggestion as what you want him to do.  He does not do anything until he contacts you and gets the approval to do it.  They just fix computers.  I will continue to use them in the future.
