Certified by the American Association of Home Inspectors in 1998. Very thorough inspection. A typical home 1500 to 2500 sq.ft. takes about 3 hours to inspect. The reports are usually ready to email the next day. All major systems are checked.

I was impressed with the thoroughness of Clint's inspection. He even filled tubs and sinks to note leaks.
The seller had an inspection by" the top home inspector" in Macon. Clint found more.
Clint's report was emailed to us the next day. It included all aspects of the house with pictures, with arrows on the pictures, denoting the problem area. We were impressed!
