David Ussery, owner, responded promptly with a competitive estimate. I asked some follow up questions and he responded. I gave him the work to replace my failed heat pump. He came as expected and displayed knowledge in supervising and doing the replacement. This involved removal, new sheet metal, new A/C and electrical lines, and set up of the new TRANE heat pump. He also did a complete walk through of the inside and outside areas for clean up. The unit worked fine except for some water collecting in the drain pan. After a call, he came back the next day and fixed it. He processed my warranty paperwork and included one year of maintenance services. Cool Max does good work and it was at the best price.
