Basic Lawn Care has worked for me for over four years. They have always been on time and have done a great job on all the work. I would highly recommend them, as they are reliable, dependable, and professional. Larry, the owner, works right along with the help, and he supervises them as they complete the work. I have never had any unsatisfactory work done by them. On this particular job, they not only mowed and edged the lawn, but planted around 25 day lilies, trimmed our spiral Junipers, sprayed, and planted around 30 perennials. They also weeded 3 large flower beds. Our lawn is quite large, so the mowing and edging took quite awhile. In addition, they pruned some shrubs that had gone wild. The price was very fair for the work they did.

The work was not good. I found out that I'll have to spend an extra $1,500 to fix the job that they did.

"I did the job on May 30, 2014. I gave the bill to [member name removed]. Everybody walked the job. She said it looked really good and paid the bill. I agreed to come back and roll the sod when the last pallet came in. They left several messages complaining about price the following week. When I called her back, we were told never to set foot on the property again. (My wife was a witness to this call) if she didn’t like the job why did she pay and then complain? The price was agreed upon 2 weeks before the job was done. I have enclosed a copy of the bill. We asked her to get other estimates before the job was ever started. I have ten witnesses to the facts of this information."
