Premium Grading and Pipe

Reshaped my backyard after having some drainage repaired. 10/10 would recommend to everyone. Respectful and works in a timely fashion. The owner is very considerate and responsible.

I do NOT recommend Rusty with Premium Grading and Pipe. I hired Rusty for land grading, drainage, and concrete work (sidewalk and steps), and the results were extremely poor. Water continues to pool in the same areas I initially reported, and the concrete work was a disaster—discolored, chipped, and mixed with clay due to being poured in the rain using dirty wheelbarrows and random tools taken from my garage without permission. Workers even wiped mortar with torn t-shirts and were found sleeping in my garage without consent. Scheduling was inconsistent and unreliable. I missed multiple days of work waiting for crews who never showed up and failed to provide any notice. Rusty repeatedly dodged responsibility with excuses such as, “It’s not my crew—they’re family friends I subcontracted,” or, “The land needs time to settle.” There was always—always—some excuse. While Rusty and his team were courteous at first, communication deteriorated significantly after I paid in full. Follow-up requests were met with more excuses, blame-shifting, and a clear lack of accountability. I fully expect their response to this review will claim they acted professionally—but once again, it will be just another set of excuses. In summary, this experience was deeply frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise seeking a more reputable and professional contractor. While they may seem polite upfront, don’t be fooled. This was a costly mistake I hope others can avoid.

Great company ! Great customer service and guarantee work ! French drains installed and conveyance drains showed me it would drain with water hose before leaving.
