It didn’t go well. They called me immediately to set up the appointment and I told them I was not quite ready. I call them back when I was ready and they said they would be out a certain date and time. We rearrange our schedule and they did not show and we tried to call them and they said they were here which was not true. We arrange on Saturday and when we contacted them we could not get them. We tried one more time and it was convenient because when I was talking to her I was on my way to my mother in law’s funeral. We schedule and they came out. He did all the electrical wiring so I was not impressed with that at all. We were scheduling our time for them, to come out and do what they were suppose to do. We schedule and they came out. After I bought this on Angie’s List for around $100 and I saw it on Amazon for $48 so I questioned them about that because it was the same company and they said it did not include the bracket.

The deal was good and scheduling was good. They mounted a TV. I did buy equipment with the service so I did pay extra but I thought the pricing was competitive.

recommended the best mounts, showed up on time, hid the cables and was done promptly. cleaned up after themselves - VERY professional!

It ended up being cheaper because the work that needed to be done, they didn't have the tools to do. Holes couldn't be put in the wall. We had to hire an electrician for that because they had to run conduit and have woodworking tools.

I bought this for a projector and screen mounting. As I recall, the installer called me and I was informed the earliest install date was around 3 weeks later. The installer arrived on time, and proceeded to start on the job. He didn't have the particular parts necessary to mount the screen to the ceiling, which is understandable. His initial suggestion to modify my screen by drilling through the plastic on top was a little unnerving. So off to Home Depot we went. He didn't take into account that the screen needed to be hung several inches away from the wall, and after he left I realized that there is a 1.5 inch gap around the entire screen with no picture. I was also disappointed when he drilled into the ceiling without a drop cloth and dropped debris on my brand new carpet. The request for a tip was also a little shocking, but I gave one anyways. Final words he offered were "we'll it's mounted, the rest is up to you". Balancing the projector took a little time on my own.

I had seen their ad on a different site and purchased the deal. I called in to set up the appointment and that is when all my fears and relentlessness was taken care of. I spoke with Faith who was professional however very friendly also. It was as if i called my bff not a business that was great for me. She asked questions about the install and explained the differences in mounts to me so i could make an educated decision. she even told me they sell mounts however she knew 3 places in town and more online i could get my mount at a lesser price what business does that now days?
Then James and Kyle came out, James made me feel just as easy as Faith did. He was a blast my 4 year old son wanted to help him with the install he is all into building things. Never once did James ask me to remove him instead he did the complete opposite and engaged him even gave him a tool.
This company should be featured on your front page of your magazine. I read some of the other reviews people have left and i find it funny that people leave a review if the littlest thing goes wrong. IMHO you are fools CineMcKay has it together they are family owned which is wonderful and they are so nice and accommodating. The only way you can go wrong is if you do not use this company.

We found out the cable that is behind the TV is a dead line. So, I need an electrician come out. He looked at the other cable outlets and let me know he did not have the equipment to split the wires. I took him to the basement to look at the other cables but he did not have tools for the drywall. He was really nice and very informative. He told me exactly what my husband could do as far as splitting the wires. He did more research for me then my own cable company. He just didn’t have the tools to hide the wires.

He arrived on time and was very professional. He mounted a 26" LED flat screen TV on an exterior wall (in the corner) in a main floor guest bedroom. I paid extra to have the wires hidden (which was done on the opposite interior wall). It looks great and I would definitely use them again.

It didn't go so great. The light broke the day after the guy left. She said he would come back out. I just haven't been able to connect with her to have that done. The followup was good. She's been in contact. The tv was hung in the wrong spot but that's my fault, not his. I told him where to hang it. I've got to have him back out to rehang it again. Overall, I think they did a good job. I think they were reasonably priced.

It went fine. He was on time, he was very friendly. He did the ceiling fan first and then he mounted the tv. I was happy with the service. I plan on hiring him to mount shelves on the wall... The price was excellent..

Felt a "bit" disappointed in the price, but that was a communicated problem when getting an appointment. Jordon was professional, polite and did a great job.
