He did an excellent job in installing the tiles in sprite of the structural issues that is going on with our house ( Example: the walls of our house is either 9/16 or 3/16 off in every room when the builders built the house; our house was built in 2004). Alerted me & my husband about the structure problems in the unfinished basement in our house. He even kept an eye on our 3 dogs while he was working on the tiling. He did a wonderful job making the cuts for the tiles to fit in the proper sequence.
