West Tree Service

I hired West Tree Service and also got GMS his cousin to cut down two trees and trim the remaining trees in the yard. They didn't arrive at time specified, never before 11:00-12:00 when they say they would be here 8:00. Then they would take a lunch break at 3:00. Wednesday one owner came and sat and waited for the other owner and helper. He told me they had to pick up the truck that had to be fixed, but when they arrived after lunch they were extremely dirty. My thought was they were on another job. They started on Monday afternoon and said they would have the job done by 4:00 PM Tuesday. That never happened. They keep leaving and going to other jobs. They even left my property and went to a neighbor. They also ask for 3/4% of bill before starting the job to show "good faith". On Thursday I had to leave for an appt. at 5:30, they asked for final payment because they would finish up that day. When I got home at 7:30 everything was the same as when I left and they were gone. On Friday when they left to go to a neighbor I told them if they didn't finish my job that day, they had to give my money back. They finished at 7:30 on Friday when they promised Tuesday.They also were suppose to come back in two weeks and grind the two stumps, that never happened and I have heard nothing from them. They had to removed part of my fence since the yard is completely fenced in and then replace it, they did a very poor job putting it back together..I do not recommend West Tree Service/GMS Professional Tree Service and I hope to never see them again.
