SUPERIOR HOME INSPECTIONS

Excellent Inspector.  They arrived on site ahead of me and had already inspected the roof and interior of the house and were preparing to do the crawl-space. I will definitely call Superior the next time I need a home inspection.

Very Prompt, Professional, Thorough and knowledgeable he saved me from what looked nice on the outside to what could have been a potential nightmare. 
Took the time to make sure we understood all the specifics and wrote a very professional report.

Ray does a wonderful job.  Very thorough.  We spent three hours combing over every detail of the house.  We now know exactly what we're buying and have a few things to discuss with the seller.  We couldn't have asked for a more professional or thorough inspector.

We arrived at the house 15 minutes before our scheduled time, and Ray was already there. He had already done the roof inspection and was half-way through the inspection of the crawl space. He walked us through (via digital pictures, and physically pointing out specifics at the house) each and every item inspected, and gave us the details on what was OK and what needed work. He told us which items were major concerns, and which were minor concerns. We spent about 2 hours with him at the house, and he answered every question that we asked, as well as many we didn't even think of. We received our report via email the very same day, and it was extremely thorough. The report was 48 pages of pictures and descriptions of every item in the house that was inspected, and a summary of items that need to be addressed. I have spoken to Ray on the phone numerous times with questions about the house and the inspection, and he has always been extremely thorough with his answers. He never makes me feel like I am interrupting or inconveniencing him when I call, and he's never made me feel that I have asked a silly question. He obviously has customer service skills to spare, and I will definitely recommend him to anyone else I know who needs a home inspection. We'll also utilize him in the future for any other home inspection needs in the area.

The company answered the call on the first ring, and as I was arranging for the inspection from out of state, offered to make the local calls to my Realtor for me and coordinate the inspection. They were able to inspect within 3 days of the call, spent about 5 hours going top to bottom on the house, and provided a thorough report (78 pages) with digital photographs and arrows pointing to the items they discovered embedded within the digital photographs. They then contacted me by phone and asked me to either contact them that evening or in the morning if I wanted to go over the report in detail. As this was my first home purchase, I was completely satisfied and happy-I found them through the Better Business Bureau website.
