Tim was great! He was willing to give advice that could have fixed the issue for free over the phone. While my case needed more work than the original suggestion could do, Tim came out right away and fixed the issue.

I had a wonderful experience with Star Services Heating and Air from the prompt and courteous scheduling with Amy to when the service call was completed by Matt. Matt came out to my townhouse on time and did an awesome job assessing the situation and diagnosing the problem without trying to upsell me on services or equipment I didn’t need just yet. My unit is 15 years old and instead of trying to sell me on a new one, he diagnosed what the problem was and was able to remedy the situation at a reasonable price. The unit is back cooling and I couldn’t be happier with the work they performed. I will certainly be using their services in the future and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an honest and reliable HVAC company. Thanks again for all your help!

They were friendly and explained the service contract well on the phone. They scheduled a visit and last minute I asked if it could be changed to the afternoon and they happily obliged. Matt showed up at the rescheduled time and was clean, polite, professional and knowledgeable. It was just a regular service call so I can't really speak to results but I do know that I can request the same person for each visit which I really like!

Identified and corrected deficiencies in drainage lines to condensate pumps, after providing a detailed explanation of defect. Flushed condensate lines and cleaned condensate pumps, meticulously cleaned evaporator coils, checked for evidence of any other discrepancies or potential problems, checked interior and exterior systems for proper operation, checked/replaced air filters, checked electrical systems and added refrigerant. Both Technicians were very informative and professional.

I have been using Star Services for routine and non routine maintenance and repair on 36 roof top heating and air conditioning units for 3 years. The technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. I can always expect my requests to be met in a timely manner. I have also used Star Services for my personal home HVAC unit. They are excellent. I have an annual contract with Star Services which cannot be compared to residential costs. Residential costs are average for the industry. I will most certainly continue to use Star Services for my commercial HVAC needs. I have recommended them to co-workers for residential needs and I have heard no complaints.
