From the very beginning, Dave and everyone he has sent out to my property have been an absolute pleasure to work with. They are all very professional, nice, and timely, making my life so much easier. Most importantly, I feel like I can trust Dave and his associates. He truly wants to provide high-quality work at a very affordable price. Chris, Terry, and Brian did an amazing job fixing my roof and replacing all of my receding lights. They are truly one of a kind in this business because their prices are affordable and they are not out to just get your money. I love how honest they all were and their professionalism is exceptional. I'll definitely call on them when my home is in need of anything!

These guys came out and did my deck on the house. Same great service and attention to detail as on my building, maybe better. It was a BIG job that took 2+ weeks from demolition to clean up. The deck is about 900 sf total and itâ s sturdy and beautiful. Chris was the sales guy and came out regularly. Dave the owner came by at least 4-5 times during the job. Kyle and Lewis were the primary builders and were careful and attentive to detail. Thank you for your work gentlemen!!

Dave and his team are personable and prompt. Not only did Dave come out personally to our home to inspect the roof damage, but he was an advocate throughout the process with our insurance. The insurance claim didn't cover a full roof replacement but the price for repairs was more than reasonable. Super happy with everything at Southern Home Pros, and I will exclusively be using them for other projects.

My new sunroom developed leaks whenever a hard rain. Southern States Pros identified the problem areas and repaired each one. They also added gutter cleaning and replaced tongue and groove panels that had fallen because of the leaks at no additional charge. I am so happy that ai found them!

Chris came out to provide an estimate - but he also brought his design ideas to the table too. We had him quote us for a new back deck and a new front porch. They did such a great job on both projects! Not only that, they were so good at communicating along the way. When we had a problem with our existing stringers on the front porch stairs, they had a change order out to us immediately, and took care of the problem. Chris came out to check on the work and he saw an issue even before we did - he pro-actively had his team fix it. Dave, the owner, he also came out several times to review the work over a 5 day period. We are so impressed with this team, they exceeded expectations at every turn. They will now be our company of choice going forward.
