Smith's Lawn

I wouldn't advise using this lawncare service! OBVIOUSLY HE KEEPS DELETING MY POST ON HIS FACEBOOK BUSINESS PAGE AND EVENTULLY SHUT IT DOWN SO I'M GOING ON EVERY BUSINESS REVIEW SITE! I scheduled for Dustin Smith to come out to cut my yard on Friday. He said he would pick up the check and come back around 4. I told him he can pick up the check when he completes the work. He gave me a sad story about needing the money up front because he was negative in his account...being the kind hearted person that I am I allowed him to get the check. He came out and did half the work last Friday and said he would be out Saturday to finish. He text me on Saturday that he would be out at 4, he then text me that he was running late, he then text me that he was in an accident. I text him when will you be back out to finish and he said Monday (today) at 8am. BIG SURPRISE, he is a no show as of this moment. He has not returned any of my texts. Over the weekend we exchanged some heated texts because you don't just take someone's money and not provide the work. He said that we didn't have a contract for this work. I'm like, well you sure were quick to take my $300 check and cashed it within 30 minutes of picking it up and I gave him a detailed note as to what was expected. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL if you ask me and to have the nerve to just disappear with no explanation is unforgiveable. I am going to post this everywhere I possibly can. You are the lowest of the low when you take advantage of someone's kindness and that does not just go away. I hope your conscience kills you but I have a strong feeling he's the type of person who uses people and rolls right along without any trouble. Shame on you.
