Do not use. Worst contractor in Gainesville Georgia in my opinion. Did not want to finish up work. Left me with widows that did not open and close and drywall that is cracked on every seem. Bottom line is they sub everything out to the lowest bidder and the work after really shows up terrible.

I had a leak at my back door that was ruining my hardwood floor inside. I had several people come to look for the source, but nobody could find out why. Then my insurance agent suggested calling Terry Garrett at Skyline Contracting. He sent one of his people, who was able to diagnose that the leak was caused by faulty gutter cover installation, causing rain water to flow backward behind the siding. Skyline personnel then fixed the gutters, replaced the rotten door, including painting, replacing casing, reinstalling locks, and door shutters. They cut out the rotted hardwood floor, and installed tile (my choice) at the entranceway. Everone was very professional, and cleaned up the work area when work was done for the day. Skyline was very good about communicating with me, and everyone showed up at the time I was told they would.

Everything went smoothly. Terry was excellent to work with and was very accommodating and professional. I would highly recommend Terry and Skyline Contracting for anyone's project.

Great. Crews showed up when scheduled and completed a large tear off and shingle replacement job in a single day. Very happy and satisfied customer. Also this is the 3rd roof Terry Garrett has replaced for me. All jobs have gone smoothly and without issue.

Terry worked with my homeowners insurance on a hail claim to have the roof replaced. Skyline accepted the insurance estimate and got a crew out right away and the roof looks great. Thank you Terry!

Working with Terry at Skyline Contracting was one of the least painful experiences of my life. I was prepared for it to be a hassle to navigate between the insurance company, the contractor, and my needs/wants. It was far from that. Terry is prompt, responsive, and honest. He answered my questions quickly and accurately, was honest about limitations and cost, and was more than willing to help me navigate the bureaucracy of the insurance company. The quality of the work was and still is excellent, his sub-contractors professional, and he was involved in every step of the process. I would definitely use Skyline Contacting again when and if I need a service they can provide.

It turned out well. We'd actually recommend them. It was a quick and easy process. They were on tim and performed the service on time. They did everything they said they were going to do. I don't have anything negative.

I had some wind and hail damage to the roof.  Terry came out to verify the damage and met with the insurance adjuster and walked me through the process.  Terry and his crew were out about a week later and professionally installed the new roof.   And when they left, not a nail or any debris left behind, you would have never known they were there.  The most professional roofers I have ever had the pleasure of hiring.  Terry installed the best materials and cut no corners.  I also had Terry complete some additional work to the roof not covered by insurance and his prices were very fair.  Highly recommend!
