 + -1 moreTotally disorganized. Used untrained personnel . Left equipment running that was supposed to dry the water but was leaking water itself . Servpro did not remove debris caused by the flood which was part of the service. I had to fire them and use another service. I will never use them again. I recommend you do not use them either.
Description of Work: Mitigate water damage caused by a supply line failure in the main bathroom.

 + -1 moreThey were very responsive, and quickly removed the water and the smell. Will definetly use again.
Description of Work: There was standing water that had apparently been in a vent for several years. When we had a A/C unit replaced the water spilled. They removed the spilled water and whatever had been growing in the water.

 + -1 moreI had a clean water leak. They were very responsive to the immediate water mitigation. They worked with me and my time schedule to do the repair work, even though this was greatly delayed by the insurance company. All of the sub-contracters and workers were very polite.
Description of Work: Water mitigation including removal of wet carpet and padding and setting up drying equipment. Destruction and reconstruction of lower kitchen cabinets to remove vinly flooring. Removal of bathroom flooring. Replacement of vinyl and carpet with replacement of baseboards and quarter rounds. Reinstallation of washer and dryer, dishwasher. Cleanup.

 + -1 moreOverall, I was very happy and satisfied with their performance. They even arranged for the contents claim company to visit their warehouse to view our non-salvageable items, so that I wouldn't have to take off more work to meet the lady at our house. I was VERY impressed with their service.
Description of Work: The ServPro guys were extremely helpful and professional in assisting us after a tree fell on our house. They were assigned by our insurance company to assess and repair the water damage that occurred, but they really went above and beyond in answering all of my questions about the entire process. I would recommend them to anyone. Chris Kurhanewicz was especially helpful, even offering to stop by my work place for me to sign papers, instead of me having to meet them after work.
