Totally disorganized. Used untrained personnel . Left equipment running that was supposed to dry the water but was leaking water itself . Servpro did not remove debris caused by the flood which was part of the service. I had to fire them and use another service. I will never use them again. I recommend you do not use them either.

I had a clean water leak. They were very responsive to the immediate water mitigation. They worked with me and my time schedule to do the repair work, even though this was greatly delayed by the insurance company. All of the sub-contracters and workers were very polite.

Overall, I was very happy and satisfied with their performance. They even arranged for the contents claim company to visit their warehouse to view our non-salvageable items, so that I wouldn't have to take off more work to meet the lady at our house. I was VERY impressed with their service.
