Jacob and his team did an incredible job on our side yard. The hard scape and landscape design they achieved is beyond my expectations. Plus, they did up lighting for the entire property. No one sees it without asking who did the job for us 6 stars! We did stone stairs, stone wall, pavers with fire pit, sprinkler system adjustments, shrubs, mulch and uplighting.

Jacob was very honest and Professional from our first meeting. He explained everything that needed to be done, showed us pictures and diagrams and gave us a very fair quote. Jacob, Rudy, and his workers were very professional and respectful. They worked extremely hard in very hot conditions. Their work was meticulous and top notch quality work. We had Jacob do a full design and install of our front/side yard including walkways, lighting, bushes, stone wall, trees, and more. He was very responsive, easy to work with, and very reliable. He and his team started the project promptly, did great work, and finished ahead of schedule. We will continue to use Reliant for any of our landscape design/implementation needs.

We had a FANTASTIC experience with Reliant Landscaping. I worked directly with Jacob, who is the owner/operator. He responded quickly to my inquiry; came out within 24 hours to look at my space; provided a complete, unique, beautiful design and estimate within 24 hours; and (no-lie!) had the job completed within 24 hours of me saying GO! The trick around Gainesville is to find someone to work with that has skin in the game! Jacob - and his crews - are the best. I HIGHLY recommend them!

I scheduled Reliant Landscaping 2 weeks in advance for landscaping. Reliant and I came up with a plan. Area 1 river rock area with plants to help control water run off . Area 2 remove shrubs and replace with new shrubs. Date for Service July 27 8:30 am would be able to complete job in 1 day. Received a message at 8:26 July 27 that we should hopefully be there shortly after lunch.Arrived 1:15 started river rock and remove shrubs. Did not finish Monday the shrubs that where removed new ones put in and that all. Left statues on sidewalk and cement blocks in the yard, did not clean shrub area. On Tuesday Reliant came at 8:30 finished river rock area and then left came back in 2 hours Jacob said he had a meeting. I paid him, and he told me he would send me a receipt I am still waiting for the receipt. I paid good money for this service and did not receive it. Be careful who you choose I did not receive my money worth.....

Jacob and the Reliant team did an excellent job. Jacob went out of his way to correct some problems that another company did while putting a driveway extension in. I am very pleased with the job that Jacob did. I would recommend Jacob any day for fixing Sprinkler System.

If you have a landscaping project, which ours was that also included install of an irrigation system done correctly, efficiently and at a good value then Jacob, owner of Reliant Landscaping, should be your go to person and company. From day one, Jacob took time to listen to our ideas and concerns. Jacob then put together a plan that would begin in late March and competed in April. In addition, Reliant s customer service is outstanding. After the project completion, I was concerned about a issue with the irrigation system and with the auto system, given I m not that technically proficient. Jacob sent out one of his tech crew, Rudy, and he saw to it that the issue was resolved and instructed me how to use the app on my phone to control the irrigation system. I am very satisfied that we chose Reliant Landscaping for our needs and we recommend them A+.

Rudy came to service and repair my Lawn and Garden Sprinkler System that had not been used in a while. He was right on time for an early morning appointment, found the problem quickly and was able to repair and have the system up and running in about an hour. Super nice and helpful in explaining what he was doing and why. I would highly recommend Reliant to my neighbors.
