I have used this company for several years. In July they disappeared with no explanation. In June I called to say the shrubs were not being trimmed as they were supposed to. I was assured it would be taken care of. Now, here we are in August, my property terrible with overgrown grass. For the last 3 weeks I was promised the work would be done, the last promise was for last Friday. Still no mowing or trimming. I spoke with the receptionist today and she had no idea why the work was once again not done. My husband and I have numerous unanswered messages and emails. I am very disappointed but am looking for a new service that has follow through!
