Door Service
Aweful. They were very responsive when they were going to make a sale of 12,000. The doors were installed incorrectly with light duty hardware, hinges broke on 2 of the doors. The doors are only 1.5 yrs old and several panels already have cracks and splits. I was told that it is my issue and they refused to help work out with me how to resolve the cracking issue. Worst customer service experience I have ever experienced. I called once a week x 3 weeks and never received a call back. I finally refused to leave a message and stayed on hold for 30 minutes until a manager would speak with me. I regret giving them our business. They have been nothing but incompetent and rude. I will most definitely look else where if any issues that arise and need repair. I would NEVER hire Overhead Door for anything.
