STAY AWAY!!! I would give 0 stars if possible. Noel Nunez (or Garcia depending on what app you use to pay him) STOLE $5,800 from us and we are now having to sue him. Do not believe a word he says, he lied to us from the beginning and is still lying today. Long story, but you need to be warned!!! We were closing on a new home and we had several jobs we needed done on our new home before we moved in which was 4 weeks away. We first hired him to move a toilet. His â specialtyâ is allegedly bathroom renovations so we hired him to remodel 3 bathrooms. Then he bid on interior paint for the interior of our entire 5,000 sqft home. We were concerned if he had enough crew to do it all as with the timeline because we only had 4 weeks in our rental before we wanted to move in before the Christmas holiday. He said he had a â paint crewâ so he said it would be a different crew painting than would be doing the remodels. Eric was his painter and Riccardo would be doing the bathrooms. We then wanted to rip out the back porch and do a concrete patio which he bid on and we agreed and again had a â separate crewâ for this part. Lastly, we wanted to add to our driveway which meant a retaining wall would need to go up and the concrete poured for the driveway as well as the back patio which we were also going to cover. The work started and from the beginning, we should have fired him, but I believed his lies. Eric the painter, who had come by to do the initial quote, never showed up. It was the same guy doing the 3 bathrooms that was also trying to paint the entire house. THE VERY THING WE WANTED TO AVOID! You can imagine how terrible that turned out. Several rooms were painted the wrong sheen and the wrong color. Giant â windowsâ in the paint everywhere. The entire main floor (20 foot ceilings) had to be repainted because of this. Noel told us the painters mom got sick, which turned out to be a lie. What he did was â sellâ our paint job to Riccardo for some free puppies instead of paying the painter, Eric, who had come by to do the quote. He COMPLETELY LIED about this from the beginning. We learned this from Eric the painter himself. Noel even tried to get Eric to lie to us for him!!! After the first two weeks or so when we had paid for a large portion of the job, Noel disappeared. He had one excuse after another for why he couldnâ t come by. His dog died, his truck broke, his trailer broke he got sick etc etc. He had our money and was hiding from us. We finally got him to stop by weeks after we missed our deadline and tried to show him the conditions that we were unhappy with. He then proceeded to yell at my family from the top of his lungs to the point my children were frightened. He then stormed out of the house and slammed the door!!! After a month, there was still no concrete and our backyard was a disaster. We decided to not cover the back porch and only do the concrete. Eventually, Noel decided he did not want to do the concrete patio or the driveway so we decided to part ways. Because we canceled about 20k worth of work between the covered patio and the driveway, we had overpaid Noel by $5,800 which he should have immediately refunded me. He REFUSED. I offered to settle for $3k and we could go our separate ways and he said he would only give me half my money if I agreed not to review him. I said if you donâ t want a review, then I will need my full $5800 refund. You donâ t get to steal my money AND tell me the terms by which you will steal from me!!! He then told me to sue him, and then mockingly said â good luck finding meâ . I have the text messages to prove it. He is a liar. I could go on and on but you get the point. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS PERSON. He is a thief and a liar. I will update this post if he ever pays me back.

They are lifesavers. Very professional. Job was done very quickly. They were very accommodating. I cannot emphasize how good of a job they did. Nobody else would even touch the job that was asked of them.

Stay Away from this company and this owner Noel Nunez. He is a complete fraud and will take your money without doing an actual job. Hired him to build a house. Paid $100K upfront deposit and he dragged his feet for 1.5 year. Called my lawyer and GA board of licensing and he start looking for excuses. After researching his history he had multiple lawsuits against him. This one will be an addition to others. Stay Away if you dont want to loose your money!!!

Showed up on time and quickly finished moving our old refrigerator. I must have called 15 places but due to the Freon, it was a problem finding some to do the job.

Terrible experience. My wife and I did everything we could to accommodate Noel, but in the end dismissed the crew and will pay thousands for another crew to finish the job. Would note that Noel frequently touts his 30 positive reviews and says the problem isn t me. It s you. But Noel has deleted accounts on other well-known platforms similar to this one to hide poor reviews. Noel was hired to oversee several projects at my house...converting a storage room to an office, refacing and repainting all of the cabinets throughout the house, installing a new master tub, re-tiling three bathrooms and a laundry room, installing outdoor lighting, and installing hardwood floors. Major problems we experienced: -I had to have an agreement written up...Noel does not have any standard contract that he uses for construction projects like this. Noel spent the first and second draws immediately, even though that money was meant to fund labor cost for THIS project. Didn t pay his crew for 2 months. In fact, I had to write them checks to keep their rent and cell phone bills paid. -Shower tile not grouted well, sharpie all over our tile that will not come out, shower drain uneven, shower door had to be replaced, dining room floors coming apart, garage RUINED after crew spray painted cabinet doors with no covering, new front entry door handle set ruined after being gouged on concrete, new cabinet doors have noticeable chips/imperfections, major scratches on office desk, dents all over my washing machine. -Did not order materials timely, stretching the timeline from 3 weeks to 4 MONTHs. -One crew member went to jail during the project. I had to put his family in touch with an immigration attorney, who's currently helping him. -His total lack of competence kept him from adequately supervising the crew. My wife and I were shocked at what he didn t know. He did not know how to measure for cabinet doors correctly, how to paint, what kind of tile grout and adhesive was needed...the list goes on. -I eventually gave up on relying on Noel to supervise and took on a General Contractor role myself despite having recently started a new position in ATL and commuting 1.5 hours to work each way. This was a MAJOR, major strain on me and my family. -His crew was outwardly hostel towards and about Noel...they did not like him, did not trust him, and mentioned repeatedly to me that they did not want to work for him anymore. -Noel left out of the country for a month without mentioning it to me. I texted him for an update, and was blindsided by a hey I m out of the country until the 29th text. -Noel did not take ownership for any of the issues that came up. It was consistently my fault or the crew s fault somehow. I have never seen someone so brazenly point fingers at everyone else but himself. -Noel lied to me repeatedly about cost, things that his crew said to him, completion dates, etc. And I m sure his response here will reflect lies, as well. During one particularly intense exchange, Noel accused my wife and I of changing our minds and not knowing what we want. This is exasperating...the only thing we changed our minds about was trim size and placement on the cabinets. Most shocking/frustrating, though, is Noel accusing me and my wife of taking advantage of his crew. This insult cuts deep...as mentioned, I wrote personal checks to the crew to keep them afloat because Noel did not have any money. He went 2 months without paying those guys, who were underqualified for the job but good, good people. They worked until midnight some nights trying to get through this job without getting paid. Noel took advantage of those guys, not us. We cared about that crew, shared meals with them, and tried our best to make this work. Based on reviews, Noel seems to be fine at hauling debris away. When it comes to real construction work, however...I strongly advise you to choose a...

Make sure they are hauling away the items you called them to haul away. I had a lot of stuff but called them because of the larger items. They packed up everything but the large items. They were ready to leave and the items I called them for are still in my garage because they have no room for them on the truck. Wanted to charge me for a 2nd trip. No thank you, now I have to figure out how to get rid of the larger items that I called them for.

"We truly apologize for the inconvenience. Before we began the job we told you it would be more than one load and we offered to help you on the second load we did everything as you had told us to. That was leaving the lawn mowers and washing machine and dryer."
