Felt it was very cursory and quick (about an hour and 15 minutes). While he caught some dysfunctional electrical outlets, he missed a few and those were very easy things. Since moving in I have found things that he should have caught - that would have saved me money. I remember thinking that that was the easiest $300 he made that day.
