Booked a 10AM Appointment for an Oil Change and Tire Rotation.  Showed up at 10:05 and my car was immediately taken in.  Got my car back at 11:15 - One hour ten minutes for an oil change?  Unbelievable.  I had an appointment and expected no more then 30 minutes.
Also, for some reason, they make you watch some sort of "Honda TV" where you see car tips and CBS sitcoms.  That is unacceptable.

This dealership broke most of my preconceived notions about dealerships.
Very fast and professional in dropping off the car.
The cost of the service was half what some other independent shops quoted.
They had it done in ~4 hours.
I will most likely have all of my Honda service performed here.

Spent my Christmas Eve day with the guys at Milton Martin to purchase a new Honda (sadly my old one's transmission was going) and they could not have made my experience any better. I, like most, hate car dealerships,but if your in the market for a new/used car, this is the dealership to go to. The folks there are just good people. This is not a fancy dealership, but it's an honest one. I have used others in the metro Atlanta area and, I can honestly say, this is the only one that I would go back to. I
