Real Estate, home sale. First they tell you they are the absolute best in the business and masters at marketing. Then they perform the very basics, take a few pictures and distribute them to the various real estate web sites. Then they sit back and wait for a check. Occasionally they'll send you an email and ask you to lower the price of your home. | |They do almost nothing for the 6 percent commission. My contract runs out this month and I will be looking for a new realtor.
