Jim came on time and was very courteous and professional. It was a two man job to reinstall the stove fan that we accidentally disconnected in the process of trying to gain access to the burnt out light bulb. Jim is our "go to guy" for appliance repair and have always found him to be professional and high integrity.

Integrity called us and was able to come out a day earlier than scheduled -- very helpful, since we were unable to use our microwave or oven until it was checked out. The technician, Chase Thomas, was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. He pulled up technical diagrams and information on his laptop, and the company also seems to provide great training. He explained what had probably happened and was patient in answering questions. After the diagnostics, no work needed to be done but he was able to give logical explanations that reassured us that it was safe to use the unit. We would definitely call this company for future work on any appliance.

They were contacted on February 17, 2017 when my dryer stopped working.  I called them because they are Whirlpool Factory
Certified.  They couldn't come to my house to look at it until Tuesday the 21st.  The technician was here for about 20 minutes and said they needed to order a part and they could possibly install it on Thursday the 23rd but definitely on the 24, (Friday).  No communication on Thursday from them.  They called me on Friday to schedule an appointment for Monday the 27th from 4-6:30.  I asked to speak to a manager and no one is available to speak to me.  So if your dryer stops working, unless you want to be without it for a week and a half and get bad customer service, I suggest calling another company.  We will see what happens on Monday, but I am not feeling positive about it. 

Jim Mills from Integrity Factory Service arrived as scheduled and efficiently installed the new switch. Our old stove was built was built like a tank. Jim's experience and special tools allowed him to remove the control panel, access the switch and replace it. I have enthusiastically recommended him to family members who live in our area.

My original call was to repair my large ice machine because it would no longer make ice.  Jim Mills, the owner of Integrity Factory Service, immediately diagnosed the problem.  I then asked him to take a look at my upright freezer.  Another appliance repair service had told me that it was too old and not worth repairing.  The freezer still worked but the seal had dried out over the years and ice was forming around the door from the leak.  Jim Mills checked to see if it would be possible to order a new seal in light of the age of the appliance.  The seal was still available.  That was last Wednesday.  Today, only five days later, both parts have been installed.  Both parts were costly, but the cost for their labor was very reasonable!

The technician arrived within the appointed time, repaired my appliances to perfection, and did not overcharge me.  It does not get better than that.

An excellent overall experience. My original call to Integrity connected me to someone who got full details of my problem, then promptly called me back to schedule an appointment. The technician arrived on time, after first calling. He was very professional, expert and knowledgeable. He explained how the cooktop and vent operated, showing me an exploded parts diagram on his laptop. He got the burner completely repaired and the vent partially operating. He gave me a reasonable quote for replacing an electronic control board, if I wanted to get the vent fully repaired. I told him I would check with my wife to see if the partial repair would be adequate. He entered the information to Integrity's file, so that if we decided to go through with full repair, everything would ready for us to schedule an appointment.
If we decide to go forward with the full vent repair, I will certainly call integrity and will be confident that the job will be done expertly.

All repairs were completed satisfactorily. Javier is very knowledgeable, professional and provides excellent customer service.

Service technician was GREAT. Explained the needed repairs, detailed info on parts cost, etc. Support personnel at the company were NOT great. I left five messages before my first call was returned (1-1/2 days later). Only after I threatened to report their unprofessionalism to Bosch did I get a call back.

My refrigerator has a bottom freezer. The drawer wasn't closing properly and we were getting frost all over the freezing compartment. Before calling Integrity I checked with a local service company for a quote. The repair person I talked said it will cost me $350 because one mechanism is broken. I was a little skeptic and called KithenAid and they provided a list of recommended certified service providers. Integrity was listed as one of the providers. I called Integrity because they had lower upfront diagnostic charges.
Javier came on the day we made the appointment, perfect on time. He took the time to diagnose the problem and told me that the mechanism is not broken; it just slipped a notch but can be adjusted. It was very tricky to do the adjustment, but Javier was very patient and careful and got it back again. He helped clean the frost and put everything back. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about how the door mechanism works. He mentioned that he went to specialized training for this type of stuff.
I was very impressed with how he resolved the problem. I will hire Integrity again for any type of appliance issues. Great quality, professionalism and unbeatable price. I saved $225 or about 65% by working with Javier/Integrity Factory Services instead of that other company.

The repair experience was great. in fact, it always is. We have used them for over ten years. We call them for any repair and they always get done right. From dishwashers, to microwaves, to washer dyers. This group is 100% consistent excellent quality. The people are trustworthy. We don't even bother calling anyone else. It's rare to find this kind of service these days. And no, I am not related to them.

I was having trouble with my new dishwasher not draining and called for a factory service appointment under the warranty. They made an appointment for me and came on the day and time specified. Found out it was a small chip from one of my plates that was blocking the hose to drain the water! My fault and not covered under factory warranty, and he really felt bad about having to charge a service call. But he checked EVERYTHING just to make sure nothing else was a problem AND gave me some tips about what to use for detergent and how to stack the dishes for this particular brand of dishwasher. It was very helpful and I haven't had any chipped dishes since! but I was happy to pay for the service call knowing that nothing else was wrong.
I have used them before for other appliance repairs and they are always neat, efficient and timely. I will continue to use them for repairs on my appliances.
