Certified. They couldn't come to my house to look at it until Tuesday the 21st. The technician was here for about 20 minutes and said they needed to order a part and they could possibly install it on Thursday the 23rd but definitely on the 24, (Friday). No communication on Thursday from them. They called me on Friday to schedule an appointment for Monday the 27th from 4-6:30. I asked to speak to a manager and no one is available to speak to me. So if your dryer stops working, unless you want to be without it for a week and a half and get bad customer service, I suggest calling another company. We will see what happens on Monday, but I am not feeling positive about it.
My original call was to repair my large ice machine because it would no longer make ice. Jim Mills, the owner of Integrity Factory Service, immediately diagnosed the problem. I then asked him to take a look at my upright freezer. Another appliance repair service had told me that it was too old and not worth repairing. The freezer still worked but the seal had dried out over the years and ice was forming around the door from the leak. Jim Mills checked to see if it would be possible to order a new seal in light of the age of the appliance. The seal was still available. That was last Wednesday. Today, only five days later, both parts have been installed. Both parts were costly, but the cost for their labor was very reasonable!
The technician arrived within the appointed time, repaired my appliances to perfection, and did not overcharge me. It does not get better than that.
I highly recommend this company.
If we decide to go forward with the full vent repair, I will certainly call integrity and will be confident that the job will be done expertly.
Javier came on the day we made the appointment, perfect on time. He took the time to diagnose the problem and told me that the mechanism is not broken; it just slipped a notch but can be adjusted. It was very tricky to do the adjustment, but Javier was very patient and careful and got it back again. He helped clean the frost and put everything back. He was very professional and extremely knowledgeable about how the door mechanism works. He mentioned that he went to specialized training for this type of stuff.
I was very impressed with how he resolved the problem. I will hire Integrity again for any type of appliance issues. Great quality, professionalism and unbeatable price. I saved $225 or about 65% by working with Javier/Integrity Factory Services instead of that other company.
I have used them before for other appliance repairs and they are always neat, efficient and timely. I will continue to use them for repairs on my appliances.
