We could not be more pleased with the service received.  We had a row of mature Lelands that were way overgrown and with extremely unsightly dead limbs where the trees touched or received no sunlight.  In addition, the trees were misshapen as a result of the ice storm last winter.  We called several tree companies for advise and estimates.  Britt came out personally (rather than sending a sales person) and gave a thorough evaluation of the trees and a couple of options with estimates.  Initially we thought we would cut down several of the trees and trim the rest to remove the dead.  However, Britt suggested we "go slow" and trim a few first to see how it looked.  It was great advise because the trees looked so good that it wasn't necessary to cut any down which saved us money.  He worked with us to be sure we liked the results.  All debris was ground and the entire yard and drive were perfectly groomed upon completion of the work.  In addition, he removed a Leland stump for a tree on the other side of the property. Other companies were unwilling to remove it because the stump was located where a stump grinder wouldn't fit.  Britt removed the stump by hand and hauled it off.  What a backbreaking job that was!  He even trimmed some dead limbs on an adjacent tree.  We could not be more pleased and would call Britt anytime for tree or landscaping work or any service he provides.  He's honest, trustworthy, friendly, dependable, professional, and reasonable.   Great company!

Great job at a very reasonable price. They were fast , completed the job and cleaned up beautifully.

I called and left message for estimate.  As they were out of town it took a few days for a return call but they did return the call and arranged for a free estimate by the owner shortly thereafter.  During the estimate the owner pointed out several other dead limbs that needed removal which we had not seen.  He also advised against removal of some of the very large limbs at this time and explained why it would be better to wait for cooler weather to avoid overstressing and possibly killing the trees.  I accepted the estimate and they arrived as scheduled within the week.  They sent out a 3 man crew and worked safely insuring no one was injured and no damage was done to adjacent properties (house roof, lawns, plantings etc.) while completing the job by early afternoon.  They cleaned up debris and left after confirming with me that all work was done to my satisfaction.
They do not use climbing spikes which is important to me as they damage trees.  They are also licensed and insured which is also important considering the hazardous nature of such work.  Their work is a little more expensive than some but the degree of knowledge and safety they bring to the jpb is important to me.  I have used this company 3 times and they will do all my tree work as I have been satisfied each time and their crew members are the same each time.

.They do have a certified arborist. They are professional and courteous. and they had competitive prices. I would anyone they are five stars all the way.
