We recently had our kitchen and bathroom remodeled by Tracy Tesmer Design/Remodeling. We were very pleased with the results. They did a great job. They were always here when they said they would be and on time. Everyone involved in the job was courteous and very professional. Hector our project manager did a great job communicating what would be done and when. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns we had, and always called back promptly if we left a message. Sara also did a great job with the design, and was very helpful in picking out colors, tile, etc. They also did a great job protecting our floors and furniture during the project. Our 30-year-old house just looked blah on the outside. There was no character and it needed more than just paint. Thankfully, we chose Tracy Tesmer Design/Remodeling after interviewing four different contractors. They have perfected the process of design and remodeling. Most importantly, they care about their customers. Thank you Tracy, Charles, Sara, Rachel and Trevor for your expertise in turning out a home exterior that is beyond anything we could imagine. We’ve received so many compliments. Our kitchen and two bathrooms are next. Can’t wait to see how they turn out.

Wanted an estimate to remodel my home, had a meeting scheduled, and the day before the owner decided that they wanted a list of the projects. I lost interest after the last communication. It seemed like they didn't want my business. I hired an amazing contractor to handle the job for me. They are an architect/construction remodeling firm. I'm looking forward to seeing how they transform my home.

Tracy Tesmer Design and Remodeling was a wonderful experience. I am truly thankful I called for their services. They are not only professional at what they do but also reliable and dependable. I’ve had 1/4 of my house remodeled and added an 3 story elevator for my wheelchair access. I’ll admit I’m also a perfectionist. I highly recommend TTDR. Each project has been completed to specs, on time and within budget – except where I made additions or last minute changes. There is a reason they are ranked best in the area 13 years in a row.
