Excellent! We bought house 11 months ago and the carpets were a mess. The realtor had recommended a carpet cleaner that we used but they sprayed a citrus solution and ran a scrubber over it. Smelled better but as time went on the bad odor came back.
Bruce came out and worked for three hours and with hot water extraction all smell and stains are gone. Could not be happier
