James was very professional was on time and completed the job in less time than quoted. Have used him on several occasions for other issues to with great success!

My 38 year old main water line broke. Called Gary Greenlee on Monday morning. Called me back in one hour. New waterline installed in 24 hours .Brian and Mario were very professional and knowledgeable. Shrubs were tied back and not damaged. Line was run to accommodate difficult landscape. Damaged copper line through foundation was replaced. All work was done in less than three hours. Small gofer mound only indication anything was done. A+ across the board.

Great! Everything got repaired quickly. I also have a disability that makes me very ill if I'm exposed to too many VOC's (construction type smells). Tom and (I forget his name) were very cognizant of that and really worked with me to make sure the repairs were done as safely as possible and they double checked their work to make sure everything was working properly before they left.

Everything went well. The workers were able to come earlier than originally planned. They did the removal of the old water heater and took it away. They also did the installation of the new water heater in a quick manner and everything works well.

Greenleaf came within 2 hrs when other plumbers weren't available for days. Preston turned off the water, put in a new shut off valve, and replaced the broken pipe in 2 hrs. He was great.

Overall, great. They were prompt and professional scheduling the service. They held their appointment and showed up on time w/ no hiccups. They did quality work and were extremely clean while doing so. The drywall patches look great and the paint matches, you can't even tell we had roughly 20 holes cut in our walls. They finished on time and cleaned up nicely before leaving. My only gripe is the price. It is a little on the pricey side, and there is a service fee for using credit, but you certainly get what you pay for. These guys are great, we would definitely use again.

It went very well. They were punctual right before the thanksgiving holiday and came out quickly and were professional. they aren't cheap but it sounds like this is the going rate for this type of job. It took them all of 13 minutes to do the job. I would hire them again.

Once here, from my perspective, the tech was disinterested as problem was not as intensive as he would have liked. It was a simple leak in one area in the bathroom and he suggested I re-pipe my entire house due to defective pipes. Ultimately, after some back and forth - he did the job.

They were very professional, on time, knowledgeable, and did a good job. The installers didn't make a lot of noise and cleaned up very well after the installation.

First, Mr. Greenlee responded to my online inquiry immediately. When we spoke on the phone he asked a couple of questions about the issue and quickly determined that the problem the water main. He proceeded to provide me with a price right there, which compared to the other three quotes that I received from others - it was 60% lower. Though I was skeptical because of the price differential, I am very happy that I moved forward with Greenlee. Brian arrived on time and did an outstanding job! He is very professional and explained everything he was going to do in detail and in a manner, I could understand. He also took the time to let me know how much time it would take (which was dead on!) If I could give Greenlee A++ on here, I would. I truly appreciate the honesty and fair price for the job done and the responsiveness. I am confident that if anything was to arise, I can expect the best from them. They have just gained a new client and someone else is losing one.

They came out twice because the first time they were not sure if it was the drain that was leaking. A week went by and they leaking started again. So they came back out and looked into it further. It turned out to be a valve that was not working any more making the walls fill with water. Ever since they fixed the valve in the pipers of the shower no more leaking and we could finally use that bathroom again.

These guys are awesome. Their communication is excellent. They sent email communications ahead of the service clearly explaining what we could do ahead of time to make the repipe go as smoothly as possible. They texted me when the project lead was on his way and he arrived 15 minutes early on the day of the work. He brought 7 guys with him and completed the job ahead of schedule. They were very professional and cleaned up after themselves. The sheetrock repair was done the next day and was amazing. You really couldn't tell there were holes there the day before. I had an issue with the recirc pump, contacted them at 7:30am and they responded by 8am, had someone at my house in a couple of hours, and repaired the issue - you can't ask for more than that!
