Greenlee Plumbing gave us a very competitive quote to finish the plumbing in our basement. Steve is awesome and very helpful. He gave me tips on the best placement for my kitchen and we were able to place our kitchen where we wanted when another vendor told us we could not place it there. Additionally, Steve noticed the horrible job our first contractor was doing with the framing and recommended a contractor for us which turned out to be a great recommendation. Steve and his partners were very professional and a wealth of knowledge. We are so thankful. Additionally, we recently called on Steve again for another job on our main living area and he was very prompt and professional. Job well done. Always exceeds our expectations.

Wow! Fantastic job!!! Awesome service the very day called. Gary was great on the phone not making any promises but said he would do his best to get a crew out to the house if possible when they finished their scheduled job. This was on a Friday and when the phone call came that a crew had finished in Stone Mountain and would stop by on their way home, we were thrilled. The guys got here and worked until finished way into the evening. Could not have been more satisfied on service and cost. I do not know of many who would have given up a Friday night to play in the dirt. Oh did I mention that they were 1/3rd the cost of another Plumber with a fancy name???

They dealt with all the problems encountered going under the driveway, and the line was successfully installed for far less than the several estimates I had received from other companies. The workers were polite and professional...I couldn't have asked for anything better. I highly recommend Greenlee Plumbing.

Greg and his crew did a perfect job. He was able to give me an estimate over the phone, which was the final price I paid. The job took 2 days. On on day one, the plumbers pulled out all the old pipes and replaced them quickly and efficiently. They screened off work areas with plastic to minimize dust and debris in the rest of the house. The next day his repair crew came in and repaired all the holes in my walls, ceiling, and tile. They did a perfect job and even matched the original paint colors. I couldn't tell that the walls had ever been opened up. Super job at a fair price! I would use this company again in a heartbeat!

Steve was outstanding! He came in and was very efficient. When he said he was going to come and came on time. I received several quotes and estimates that were in the 1,000s of dollars and no one beat his prices!

They did an amazing job on getting everything scheduled right away ... My toilet works wonderful feels brand new , excellent work.

I contacted Greenlee Plumbing, Inc., on Tuesday, April 26th, to schedule an appointment. Steve called this morning, April 28th,to verify that I would be available.  He was here a few minutes before 8:00 AM, and in a short time had the problem resolved.  Because it was an easy fix (simply a washer), he only charged $85.00.  He had to go into our basement and climb a ladder to get to the shut-off valve.  Typically, their service call is $175.00 per hour plus the cost of supplies.  Since my repair was not complicated (except to me!), the charge was less.  I have, in the past paid exorbitant fees for plumbing repairs, so it was particularly nice to feel that I was treated fairly.  I would definitely use this company again for more complicated plumbing repairs, simply because of the trust factor...and I would ask for Steve. I only wish I had known of this company when we had a water leak repaired (from the meter to the house) because the cost was outrageous...resulting in my hunt for a new plumber!! Angie's List was particularly helpful!

After much research and talking to other companies, I called Greg Greenlee at Greenlee Plumbing.  I got an estimate over the phone and we scheduled the work to be done within the week.  The work was scheduled for Saturday and Sunday, but we changed to Saturday and Monday.  John led a team of four (total) plumbers who replaced all the piping in one day.  They spent a great deal of time and care doing prep work to minimize the drywall dust particles getting everywhere.  I was surprised and appreciative of all the prep work.  They cut about 20 holes in the ceilings and walls, but you wouldn't know it if you saw how the place looked when they finished.  I made a point of showing my wife all the holes they cut and what they were doing.  She could not believe how everything looked after the drywall and painting people left on Monday.  In fact, the drywall/painting crew (two people) did a couple of extra touch up items for us that really saved us additional work in the future.  We were impressed.
Needless to say, we are very pleased with the work done by Greenlee.  As a former realtor, I knew the process, having seen it performed before.  But I was amazed at the speed and professionalism of John's crew.  Additionally, since we were embarking on a two-bath remodeling process, I asked several questions about the plumbing that John and his people gladly answered.  It was educational and helped us better plan for the upcoming remodeling work.
We found one minor mistake in the process.  The drywall/paint crew missed patching a small hole that the plumbers had cut in a downstairs bath behind the toilet.  I hadn't seen it either; however, they came early the next day, even though they were on another job, and completed the work.  We also noticed later as our remodeling began that the plumbers routed the supply lines in the vanities through the floors instead of through the back wall.  That will give the vanity installers some additional work and give us a little less floor space in the cabinets, but it's not a major problem for us. 

the call was answered promptly... the provider was on time and knowledgeable... the cost of services was reasonable...

Greg, the owner, personally set up our job. Jon, the project lead, did an amazing job of coordinating the removal of all old polybutylene plumbing in the house and installation of new CPVC. A six-man crew completed this job in the first day (!) and a drywall crew had all drywall repair--including flawless paint matching--completed on day two. My wife and I are so glad we found this company, as they did an incredibly perfect job in less than half the time several other companies had estimated, all at a  competitive price.  If you are considering replacing old poly, I urge you to call this company first and last; you will be very glad you did. Icing on the cake: The interior pipes and fittings carry a transferrable 20-year warranty.        

As advertised, they replaced our polybutylene water line in a
professional manner. Their plumbers were knowledgeable, respectful and
very efficient. Their price was nearly half the price of the
competition. I would definitely hire these guys again.
