I called Greg late on Friday (the beginning of Memorial Day weekend) and he picked up the 50 gal water heater that very afternoon, then came out the next morning and put it in. He was right on time, then installed it in promptly and neatly. He carried away our old heater at no extra cost. Very important to me, he was courteous and respectful. If I have plumbing needs in the future, I will call Greg for sure. 

I phoned to schedule a water heater replacement.  My existing unit was still functioning, but a leak had developed.  There was no emergency, and we had originally scheduled for Monday of the following week.  Greg Greenlee phoned me back and asked if today (Sat) would be ok, sometime after 3pm.  I was in agreement.  The crew showed up about 3:30pm, introduced themselves, and promptly and efficiently removed to old heater, and installed a new heater.  The plumbing is professional in appearance, and the crew cleaned up after themselves.  Great service, great value, great job.  I will enlist Greenlee Plumbing again for any of my home plumbing needs.

I had the polybutylene plumbing in a rental property. This was the second time that a pipe had burst and flooded my 1st floor. These guys came out on a Monday and pulled all of the piping. By Wednesday, they were finished. I couldn't tell where they had cut and repainted the walls. I didn't have any mess to clean up. These guys were awesome. I will definitely keep there number in my phone for plumbing issues.

Received high water bill from water company. Traced through house plumbing isolating components and determined leak was unseen below slab. Got quotes from two contractors. Both nearly identically priced but Greenlee Plumbing was to include the refinishing of all sheetrock where holes were cut (not including with other contractor) and would warrantee work 4 times longer. Set up appointment for start of work two days later. Contractor arrived promptly, very approachable, and friendly answering any questions. Workers took great care to keep work area clean of debris even considering it was raining outside during the entire process. Thoroughly tested the piping system, quickly repaired on leak found, and even replaced a faulty component within one of the showers at no extra charge. Contractor then cleaned up all tarps and debris for evening. Subcontractor for sheetrock finish and repair arrived promptly the following morning took care of all holes and matched the existing paint and ceiling finish perfectly. Very pleased with service and having worked in heating and air/ property management industries for over 10 years appreciate the care and professionalism for which the job was completed. Will fully recommend them to any friends or family.

Greenlee Plumbing Inc was not able to help me with my problem. The person who came was more willing to spend the necessary time to determine the problem and explore the options. He cleaned up well.

Another plumbing company gave us quotes but said he was unsure of how much the final bill would be because he could not estimate for the dry wall contractor. He thought the total would be around $5.500 but would not know until they got started. When I talked to Greg, he said it would be $3,800 because we had a finished basement but that included repair of the dry wall. On the day scheduled, Greg was there on time with all his crew. He knew exactly what to do and where to cut. The crew was great. They put down drop cloths on the wood and carpet floors. There was definitely dust as I was told by Greg there would be. But when finished, the floors were vacuumed and all trash was removed. The next day Jose and Anna came to repair and repaint the dry wall. Once finished, I could not tell that the dry wall had ever been cut. There was a cosmetic problem with a pipe that showed in the powder room on the first level. I sent Greg an email and he was there the very next AM to fix it to my satisfaction. I found this company very competent and responsive. I would highly recommend them.

We had other estimate as high as $5400 and 5-7 work days. Mr. Greenlee and his crew completed the job in 2 days at $3400 and we couldn't be happier with the work. They showed up on time and completed all the plumbing in a little over 5 hours. The next day Jose and Anna Marin (Greenlee's drywall subcontractors) repaired all the damage and perfectly matched the stippling on the ceiling and painted the walls. One of the damaged walls was wallpapered. They stripped off the entire wall and even matched the background color on the wallpaper that was removed. Mr Greenlee stopped by in the afternoon to make sure we were happy with the work. Everyone involved was professional and friendly. I have already recommended them to several friends.

I noticed a leak andsaw that my living room ceiling was leaking. I turned off the water and called Greenleaf Plumbing and Greg said he would be there shortly. He is very competent and professional and had the problem diagnosed and fixed quickly. He has a person who will follow up with the sheetrock work. I will always use Greenleaf for my plumbing work. He also installed a water heater for us several months ago. He is a reliable and excellent plumber.

Excellent work and very little disturbance to the yard/gardens. They drilled beneath and replaced all soil removed. I only have to spread a bit of grass seed! Prompt, polite and friendly. Very professional! I highly recommend this company! A++++

I found Greenlee Plumbing on Angie's List and the great reviews they have regularly gotten are not lie, they have been the best plumbing contractor I have ever used. Greg showed at 7:45am the first day and wasted no time getting the house prepped for the repipe. Gregg and his crew instantly covered all floors and counters with drop-cloths and tarp and treated the house with respect. About seven hours later, all the water supply lines in the house had been replaced with high quality CPVC piping. One of the guys noticed a small leak in a toilet drained. Greg instantly had them remove the toilet, replace a broken part and reinstall the toilet, FOR FREE. The drywall repair crew showed up the next morning, right when Greg said they would, and got to work replacing the drywall that was carefully removed the morning before. Within a few hours, the drywall crew had re-installed the patches, taped and mudded, and painted the replacement pieces. My handyman was over today saying how good the new water heater install looked and good of a job the drywall crew had done. Overall, Greenlee Plumbing did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a polybutylene repipe or other plumbing work.

Greenlee was wonderful to work with. They finished the piping in one day, the drywall/repaint crew was in the next day. Greenlee saw one problem with a tub drain and fixed that for free. Another leak developed and even though it was not due to the re-piping, Greenlee came and fixed for free. They are even sending the drywall crew back to touch up the ceiling from this leak. I could not have asked for better service. They certainly stand behind their word and more.

Greg was wonderful to speak with...very soft spoken...worked quickly and efficiently. I would highly recommend to friends and neighbors! Definitely keeping his card on file for future work!

It was a very positive experience because we had a problem, told the professional and he took care of business in a competent and efficient manner at a reasonable cost. I realized today (1/03/09)that I had forgotten to submit my evaluation (from November) when my neighbor had a pipe burst and I gave him Greg's name. Greg found the damaged pipe, fixed it and charge a very reasonable $200 for coming out on a Sunday afternoon. So, my two exepriences with Greenlee Plumbing were very positive and I would definitely use them again.

He takes care of the entire project from start to finish and stands behind his work. Many other companies replace the pipes but don't include the sheetrock repair and painting afterwards. Greg made the process go so smoothly.
