After an extensive review of three different flooring retailers we decided to purchase our new carpeting, for the upstairs of our home, from this vendor. They did an excellent job of helping us select carpet and in selling us their services which included the installation of the carpet. All of our pre-install concerns were discussed and we were assured that they would be properly dealt with. While this vendor was the Highest Priced after discussions with them we became comfortable with their abilities and felt the higher price was worth the peace of mind. The work involved the removal and disposal of our old carpeting and padding and once the sub floor was exposed they re-nailed the flooring to the underlying studs. Once this phase was completed they installed our new padding and carpet. This was a large job encompassing about 2,500 square feet of carpet and it took, a crew of three men, two full days to complete. Our crew arrived on time each day, worked 9 hours straight without breaks, were clean, courteous and efficient. You could not have asked for a better group. The installation of the carpet looks great except for a very visible seam in one room. We expressed our dissatisfaction and the vendor sent one of their supervisors out to review the installation. The decision was to replace the entire carpet in this room. New carpet was ordered and installed at no additional cost to us. Overall: If you are in the market for carpeting / flooring and related services I would suggest that you visit this vendor. The overall job was well done and we are happy with our choice in vendors.
