Full Media LLC

I had volunteered to be the 'updater-in-chief' for the website of a community choral group in Gainesville, GA, and didn't have any experience handling websites, so I googled website development services near my location and came up with Full Media. I had left a couple of messages for other companies that were fairly nearby, but hadn't heard back from any of them -- except Full Media. I left a message on a weekend, and Monday morning I heard back from the company, asking in detail what I needed and getting all the background info in order to line up the right resources. They called back later that day and scheduled the earliest possible time that they had the right person for the job, which was later in the week, but plenty early enough for my purposes. As soon as I arrived, they escorted me to a conference room where it turned out they had set up a video camera to film the instruction, which was fine with me, as long as I received the instruction I needed. Ryan, my instructor, clearly knew the system, and was very, very systematic in how he presented the basics, so it was crystal-clear at all times what I needed to do to get the results I needed. He also stated that if I needed any clarification after the fact, I should feel free to contact him. Everything was finished in an hour, and I got exactly the results I was after. The only thing I find astonishing about all this is that Angie's List didn't already have a review on these guys -- I think they're terrific, and they're right here where I need them!
