It did not go well at all. Look else where if you want to deal with quality professional cleaners that will provide the service you pay for. When I set up the cleaning I was very specific about my needs and was assured by Steven that the move in deep cleaning for a very small space would not be a problem. The crew members were very unprofessional, spent more time talking with each other, and on their phones than working. The crew leader returned to the site after 1 1/2 hours to the site. (After I had called) And he agreed with me. I paid what I had been quoted even though did not get what I paid for. Steven was contacted about the problem by the crew leader, yet did not even contact with an apology.?Don't expect any customer service or professional cleaning.
