Re price, I will note that the home inspection price seemed very
reasonable, but since I was using Dan on the strong recommendation on
someone I trusted, I didn't get other price points to compare. The mold
inspection was expensive but I am told that's just what the lab charges.
My realtor was impressed too.
"Gift cert sent to sellers w/ apology letter for heat left on in home. Spoke w/ realtor & member & did our best to rectify situation. We made it clear if there were any additional actions to placate sellers we were willing to consider them. As we heard nothing further thought situation had been resolved to member's satisfaction. Phone jacks like other low voltage systems are never part of a home inspection. Electrical System is part of home inspection. At time of inspection every accessible outlet & switch was tested & no problems were noted. Possible explanation is all outlets associated w/ circuit were inaccessible or circuit became inoperable between time of inspection & time member moved in. In order to give member better satisfaction w/ our services we offer them a rebate to cover cost of circuit repair."
