They will contiinuously stay on top of work during each season.  If necessary, they come out and respray for no additional cost.  They really are concerned about customer satisfaction.

They are accommodating. I love them because the person who comes out is always on time. He is friendly and nice. His name is Paul and he is just fantastic. He comes out every month and does the regular spraying. He comes out quickly. He does extra things too. There was one time when I had mice in the basement and I didn?t even know about it till he found it. He put traps down there and didn?t charge for it. He had come out specifically when I called him for that. Their price hasn?t changed in three years.

They come all the time and let us know that they are here. We spend $50 a month and they haven?t raised the price in at least 2 years. They just spray the outside to keep the insects away from the house because we don?t like the inside of our house being sprayed. I know the guy Paul that comes out and sprays and he is very friendly. If I call Paul with a problem, he calls me right back and explains anything I ask him. He is very professional and nice. Their prices cor termite control is too high, so we use someone else for that.

Duncan Exterminating Company has been doing my pest control for a long time. I couldn't live here without them. We have a 75' wrap around porch which seems to attract spiders and this company has been very effective in keeping them away. I've also used this company for termite control. I pay them monthly.
