 + -1 moreExcellent! I don't know how I would have survived without Ann staying on top of things and helping us gather information to make informed decisions. She is very patient and very personable. She makes you feel like you are her only client, even when we were one of six clients she was currently working with. The entire Xtra Realty team made the process of selling our current home and buying a new one a very positive experience.
Description of Work: Ann represented us as our listing agent for the home we purchased. She performed market analysis on our home, created very professional and detailed flyers, a customized binder for potential home buyers, set up a feedback system we were able to view at any time, helped us find the home of our dreams, negotiated aggressively, but realistically, advised us on many matters and generated all reports and transactions relating to the sale and purchases of our old and new home. Mr. Coggin was the broker for the sale of our home. He and his staff were very well organized and all of our interactions went smoothly. They were all knowledgeable, resourceful and able to help us whenever we needed them. We had a problem with the home we were buying and their knowledge saved us thousands of dollars.
