CMP managed my home for a few months now, and has continued to exceed expectations. They found me a great tenant who has paid on time and my ACH payment was in my account within 48 hours after my tenant paid. Everyone in the office I have dealt with has been very kind and professional.

The new owner contacted me that he had not received the pet deposits. CMP says they are not deposits but fees. They took out part of the prorated rent from February from the pet fee. They mailed me the rest. All of this should have been transferred to the new owner, not to me. The new owner's lawyer contacted me about payment when all of this should have been handled by CMP, (Community Management Property). Now I have to send a check to the new owner for the pet deposit fee that should have been handled by CMP. They never called to ask how I want this handled, they just did on their own. I would never go to this company again.
