 + -1 moreCMP managed my home for a few months now, and has continued to exceed expectations. They found me a great tenant who has paid on time and my ACH payment was in my account within 48 hours after my tenant paid. Everyone in the office I have dealt with has been very kind and professional.

 + -1 moreThe new owner contacted me that he had not received the pet deposits. CMP says they are not deposits but fees. They took out part of the prorated rent from February from the pet fee. They mailed me the rest. All of this should have been transferred to the new owner, not to me. The new owner's lawyer contacted me about payment when all of this should have been handled by CMP, (Community Management Property). Now I have to send a check to the new owner for the pet deposit fee that should have been handled by CMP. They never called to ask how I want this handled, they just did on their own. I would never go to this company again.
Description of Work: Community Management Professionals took over from another company that went out of business. Their agents put in tenants that ended up not paying. They did not do proper background checks on tenants. Months would go by without a monthly statements. When I sold the property they did not give any information to the title company. They told the realtor that they wont do anything without the closing statement. It took over a month and longer before the new owner started to get transfer of deposits. They sent me the check for part of the pet deposit two months after closing. This should have gone to the new owner. The February rent was prorated and taken out of the pet fee instead of at closing. The accounting is very sloppy and did not show who was getting what money.
