SUSAN STEED WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND HER ROLE AS A BROKER BY ASSISTING WITH THE PURCHASE. PROBLEMS EXISTED DUE TO THE HOUSE BEING IN BANKRUPTCY. SHE ALSO ASSISTED WITH THE CLOSING! HER ATTITUDE WAS PROFESSIONAL AND FRIENDLY. HER PRICING WAS THE BEST WE FOUND.
