Horrible experience!

They had to come three times so far to work on a refrigerator. It was lack of follow up on their part and it was by that I mean it was well over two weeks to come in for an initial visit. Then they finally managed to schedule for coming out to replace the thermostat for my refrigerator. I called yesterday regarding the failure of that thermostat as it didn’t work but they didn’t call back. So I had to call yet again today. It was a little bit on the frustrating side. They really don’t have any expectations other than negatives at this point of time. Their price was okay and reasonable. I would not use them until if there was no other option.

I called the company dispatch number and asked for the supervisor?s phone number. I left a couple of messages for ?Sam? which were not returned. Eventually, I was able to speak to him directly. He was not willing to send out an alternative repairman, refused to propose any solutions, and was very argumentative. When I mentioned the Better Business Bureau he became enraged ? calling the BBB a racket or scam or some such thing ? and hung up on me. I called the dispatcher again who told me brusquely that Sam was the only supervisor I could talk to and then they hung up. Unfortunately, I paid $265.00 for these ?services? by check. Their work is warranteed for 90 days, and I made my complaint in less than 24 hours following the ?repair? work. Since the Appliance Repair Clinic now refuses to return my phone calls or proceed with the warranteed repairs, I called in another company in the Atlanta area. I have also asked the Appliance Repair Clinic for a full refund, but they refuse to respond. Their technician noted that the system was not spraying any water in the dishwasher due to a cracked filter flow plate. In fact, the filter flow plate is new and was installed by Appliance Repair Clinic. This independent professional assessment concluded that the filter flow plate was cracked during its installation. Clearly this was shoddy work by Appliance Repair Clinic. Please warn other consumers.
