ANITA'S FINE JEWELRY

I expected it would be done same day, but they told him he would have to leave the necklace, it would be ready in 2 days.  They never gave him a detailed receipt as to what he was leaving and how much it would cost to remove the beads   The claim check was a joke!    It was just a tab from a small brown envelope.  No description of the item, no name of the store, no phone#... nothing.   Not even a business card stapled to it.   How do these people stay in business?  
He called the day it was supposed to be ready, but they told him it would be another week... another week??    A week and a day goes by  (close to 2 weeks at this point) and he stopped by to pick it up.   They told him they had SENT IT OUT for repair!   This is a jewelry store?   BTW, when the repair was finally completed, they didn't give him a receipt.  This is a unprofessional, disorganized business and we will NEVER use them again.  
I feel the cost was very high for the little work done, coupled with the very long wait time and no communication was totally unprofessional.   Bottom line, find another jeweler.
