It went great! Akins Cleaning has cleaned my house over the last 4 or 5 years, maybe six, and they have always done a great job. It has been the same team of ladies every time, they are very professional, thorough, spent plenty of time and took care of absolutely everything. They are the only service I will ever use!

It went very well until the next day. The stains were gone the day he cleaned the carpets. The next morning the stains were back and they were worse. I call and spoke to Zack and he promised to call back with a time to come back and redo the job at no charge. I have still not heard back from him after 3 days. I have texted and left several messages.
