+ -1 morePOOR WORKMANSHIP. FOR EXAMPLE, REPLACED MULTIPLE DOORS THROUGHOUT THE HOME, BUT LEFT 3 OF THEM SCRAPING THE FLOOR SO THEY WOULD NOT OPEN OR CLOSE. GOT PAINT ON WOOD PANELING AND DID NOT GET GOOD PAINT COVERAGE ON WALLBOARD IN OTHER AREAS. LEFT 3 OF 4 CLOSETS WITH NO HANGING BAR FOR CLOTHES, MAKING THEM USELESS TO TENANTS ABOUT TO MOVE INTO THE PROPERTY. I HAD TO HIRE ANOTHER CONTRACTOR TO COME IN TO FINISH THE JOB CORRECTLY.
Description of Work: GENERAL REPAIRS & REMODELING. PAINT, CARPENTRY, PLUMBING, TRASH HAULING & ELECTRICAL.
